Hi! My name is Mark, I have worked in the computer industry since 2002, I have undertaken a series of roles such as Computer Store Repair Engineer, Enterprise Hardware Deployment Consultant, Dev-Ops Engineer, Telephone Technical Support Technician, Hardware Recycle and refurbishment Engineer, Consumer Grade Rework Engineer, Broadband installation technician and last but not least, full time family man.
Dialatech is a small family run business with myself at its heart, I have goals to expand into a wide array of support options as the company progresses forward.
